Before you submit a support request
- Once an order has entered printing or has been handed to USPS, it is generally non-cancelable and non-refundable.
- Postal delays, nondelivery, loss, forwarding, return-to-sender events, and other delivery issues after USPS acceptance are USPS responsibilities, not PostalForm support issues.
- Use this page if you believe the issue was caused by PostalForm before USPS acceptance, such as a printing, processing, billing, or address-entry problem.
