Before you submit a support request

  • Once an order has entered printing or has been handed to USPS, it is generally non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  • Postal delays, nondelivery, loss, forwarding, return-to-sender events, and other delivery issues after USPS acceptance are USPS responsibilities, not PostalForm support issues.
  • Use this page if you believe the issue was caused by PostalForm before USPS acceptance, such as a printing, processing, billing, or address-entry problem.

Before you submit a support request

Once an order has entered printing or has been handed to USPS, it cannot be canceled or refunded for postal delay, nondelivery, loss, or a change of mind.

After USPS accepts the mailpiece, USPS is responsible for transit and delivery. If your issue is a USPS transit or delivery problem, please use your tracking number and USPS support tools instead of this form.

Use this form if you believe the issue was caused by PostalForm before USPS acceptance, such as a printing, processing, billing, or address-entry problem.

Please include order IDs, error messages, and related dates. Do not use this form for USPS transit or delivery issues after USPS acceptance.
