Before you submit a support request

  • Once an order has entered printing or has been handed to the carrier, it is generally non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  • Postal delays, nondelivery, loss, forwarding, return-to-sender events, and other delivery issues after carrier acceptance are carrier responsibilities, not PostalForm support issues.
  • Use this page if you believe the issue was caused by PostalForm before carrier acceptance, such as a printing, processing, billing, or address-entry problem.

If you need urgent support, email support@postalform.com. If you need to request a change before an order enters printing, contact us immediately.

Before you submit a support request

Once an order has entered printing or has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded for postal delay, nondelivery, loss, or a change of mind.

After the carrier accepts the mailpiece, that carrier is responsible for transit and delivery. If your issue is a transit or delivery problem, please use available tracking and carrier support tools instead of this form.

Use this form if you believe the issue was caused by PostalForm before carrier acceptance, such as a printing, processing, billing, or address-entry problem.

Please include order IDs, error messages, and related dates. Do not use this form for carrier transit or delivery issues after carrier acceptance.
