- Does requesting a batch review mail anything?
- No. The inquiry records workflow details for review. Printing, payment, and mailing require separate steps after you review the supported setup and order.
- What should I include in the inquiry?
- Describe the batch size, cadence, page count, destination countries, proof requirements, current workflow, and target date. Do not include recipient details or confidential document contents.
- Can PostalForm review a healthcare or regulated workflow?
- You may describe the workflow without protected or regulated data. Do not submit PHI or confidential documents through the inquiry form. PostalForm must confirm supported handling before any live batch.
- Can I build the batch myself?
- Yes. The self-serve bulk-mail builder accepts a recipient CSV and either one shared PDF or a text or HTML mail-merge template, then prepares individual pieces for review before checkout.
- What does the assisted pilot cost?
- The assisted pilot has a $500 starting minimum. PostalForm provides an exact quote after reviewing the finished document, recipient count, mailing service, address checks, and exception-handling needs.
