Delivery times
Delivery times
Orders start processing at the next cutoff. After we hand the mailpiece to USPS, USPS First Class transit typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on distance and postal volume. Express transit is faster (1-3 business days) and shown before checkout, with optional signature required at delivery if you need it.

FAQs
- When does USPS receive the letter?
- Orders placed before the next cutoff begin processing the same business day. Orders after the cutoff begin the next business day.
- Can delivery be delayed?
- Yes. Distance, weekends, federal holidays, and USPS volume can add time. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause returns or re-routing.
- Does PostalForm guarantee delivery by a specific date?
- No. USPS transit times are estimates, and delivery after USPS acceptance is outside PostalForm's control.
- Can I cancel or get a refund after USPS accepts the mailpiece?
- Mailed orders are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable after USPS acceptance, except where required by law or if the issue was caused by our printing, processing, or fulfillment of the order.
- What does "business day" mean here?
- Saturdays count. Sundays and federal holidays do not.
- Will I get tracking?
- Certified Mail (First Class only) provides a USPS tracking number, with optional electronic return receipt.
- Can Express require a signature?
- Yes. At checkout you can choose whether an Express mailing should require a signature at delivery.
