PostalForm pricing is based on page count and print options so you can approve the total before checkout.

How pricing works

  • Every order starts with a $3.00 base fee.
  • Black-and-white pages are $0.20 per page.
  • Color pages are $0.40 per page.
  • Large page counts can add a flat processing fee.

Flat fee thresholds

  • Double-sided mail: flat fees apply at 12, 120, and 200 billable pages.
  • Single-sided mail: flat fees apply at 6, 60, and 100 billable pages.
  • Flat fees are $5.50, $10.88, or $22.38 depending on tier (only the highest tier is added).

Does double-sided printing affect pricing?
Yes. Double-sided mail keeps the higher thresholds, while single-sided mail hits the flat-fee thresholds sooner because the page limits are halved.
