Checkout is the final source of truth for an individual order. Eligibility can change with the destination and return addresses, PDF dimensions, file size, page count, and the combination of delivery and proof services.

Guides in local languages

The United Kingdom guide is already written in British English. Each translated page also translates the embedded PDF uploader and carries the selected language and destination into the order flow.

What the mailing options mean

  • Standard is the ordinary, lowest-cost option for the destination.
  • Expedited is offered only where PostalForm has an eligible faster production and postal route.
  • Registered Mail is the proof-oriented option PostalForm exposes for Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, and France.
  • USPS Certified Mail is the corresponding proof-oriented option for eligible US letters. Eligible US orders may also expose electronic return receipt or signature options.

Registered or Certified proof services cannot be combined with expedited delivery in one order. Delivery dates shown before checkout are estimates rather than guarantees.

How online letter mailing works

  1. Finish the letter and any printable attachments as one PDF.
  2. Upload the PDF and enter the complete sender and recipient addresses.
  3. Review the rendered pages and the services available for that country.
  4. Check the exact price and estimated delivery window.
  5. Approve and pay; PostalForm then handles printing, the envelope, postage, and production handoff.

Provider and carrier sources

PostalForm's non-US local-production routes use the PinGen hybrid-mail network. Canadian service names are also documented by PostGrid's mail API. The country pages distinguish the production route from the postal operator that performs local delivery.
