Terms of Service

PostalForm ("we", "us") is a service operated by MindBike Technologies LLC. Contact support: [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

• You provide a document and recipient mailing information, and we arrange printing and mailing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all order details (including recipient name/address and the document content you submit).
• We may use third-party service providers (for example, payment processors, print providers, and mail carriers) to provide the Service.

• Processing begins after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays, loss, misdelivery, forwarding, return-to-sender, or other issues caused by mail carriers or incorrect address information.
• We do not guarantee that a mailed item will be delivered by a specific date or at all.

• Prices and fees (including printing and postage) are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Cancellation / refund policy:

• If you request cancellation before printing or carrier handoff begins, we may be able to cancel and refund, at our discretion.
• Once printing has started or the item has been handed to the mail carrier, the order is generally non-cancelable and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine there was a Service error.
• If there is a fulfillment error caused by us (for example, we printed the wrong file), our remedy is, at our option, reprint/resend or refund the affected order.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit, reproduce, print, and mail the document content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant PostalForm a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print your content solely to provide the Service (including sharing with our vendors for printing/mailing).

You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or prohibited content. The Content Policy describes prohibited uses and is part of these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations (including mail restrictions and requirements).

We may refuse, hold, cancel, or limit any order if we believe it may violate these Terms, the Content Policy, or applicable law, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

We may cooperate with and provide information to law enforcement or regulators when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect PostalForm, our users, or the public.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTALFORM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTALFORM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO POSTALFORM FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PostalForm and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and vendors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where MindBike Technologies LLC is organized, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
