Fast answer
To mail a letter online to France, upload the finished PDF, enter the sender address and the recipient's address in France, and review the printable document. PostalForm checks the destination, page count, file size, and selected services before showing the final price. Nothing is mailed until you approve and pay for the order.
Carrier and local delivery in France
PostalForm normally routes eligible French letters through local production, with final delivery by La Poste. A configured international fallback may be used if the document is not eligible for local production. Checkout shows the route available to the order.
Available mailing options
- Standard local mail for ordinary letters.
- Registered Mail for an eligible proof-oriented mailing.
PostalForm does not currently offer expedited delivery for France. Registered Mail is a separate proof service.
How to mail your letter online
- Prepare the final letter as one PDF, including signatures and attachments.
- Upload the PDF using the file selector on this page.
- Enter the recipient's complete mailing address in France and your return address.
- Review the rendered pages, print settings, available delivery services, and exact price.
- Pay only after the address, document, and mailing option are correct. PostalForm then prints, envelopes, posts, and tracks the production handoff.
Address and document requirements
Use the full recipient name, street number and street, five-digit postcode, and municipality. Upload one completed PDF with its pages already ordered. PostalForm validates page count, file size, printable dimensions, and address eligibility at checkout.
Pricing and delivery estimates
The price depends on the PDF page count, color or black-and-white printing, single- or double-sided printing, destination, and selected delivery or proof service. PostalForm shows the exact price and an estimated delivery window before payment. Carrier dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and registered or certified proof services cannot be combined with expedited delivery.
