Fast answer

The contents, recipient, deadline, and permitted delivery method matter more than the label on an envelope. Start with the official agency, bureau, contract, or statutory instructions. Use a PostalForm workflow only when it is currently offered and its scope matches the task.

What PostalForm does

For available workflows, PostalForm can assemble a generated form or user-supplied PDF for print and mail fulfillment. The sender remains responsible for reviewing the final document, recipient, address, attachments, mailing option, and timing before payment.

What PostalForm does not do

PostalForm does not provide legal, credit-repair, medical, or financial advice; decide whether facts are accurate; choose a legal deadline; or guarantee a recipient's response. Tracking documents mailing events but does not by itself establish legal compliance.

Before using any workflow

  • Confirm the recipient and current address from an official source.
  • Identify every required fact, signature, enclosure, and copy recipient.
  • Confirm the deadline and whether receipt or mailing controls it.
  • Confirm the permitted service or delivery method.
  • Preview the final PDF and recipient details.
  • Keep the final document and available mailing records.

FAQs

Can I use PostalForm for a credit-report dispute?
The paid credit-report dispute packet workflow is paused. Use the official bureau and CFPB resources in the self-help guides.
Can I upload a finished PDF for another matter?
A generic upload may be available, but it does not validate legal sufficiency, recipient rules, deadlines, or service requirements.
Does Certified Mail guarantee delivery or legal compliance?
No. It provides mailing and delivery records where available; the governing rules still control.
Can I send to more than one recipient?
Only when the available workflow supports the required recipients and each mailpiece is reviewed separately.
