Use case
Send a letter without a printer
No printer? No problem. If you have a PDF (or can create one), PostalForm prints your letter, prepares the envelope and postage, and hands it to the appropriate carrier or mailing provider.

Tips for scanning with your phone
Lighting matters — Natural light or bright indoor lighting. Avoid shadows across the page.
Keep it flat — Place the document on a flat surface. Hold your phone parallel to the paper.
Include margins — Make sure the entire page is visible with some margin around it.
Check readability — Before saving, zoom in and make sure text is sharp, not blurry.
Combine pages — For multi-page documents, scan all pages into one PDF before uploading.
What you need
- A PDF file (created or scanned)
- The recipient's mailing address
- A sender/return address
- A few minutes
That's it. No printer, paper, envelopes, stamps, or trip to the post office.

When this works well
- Traveling — Mail from your hotel or anywhere with internet
- After hours — No need to find an open store or post office

- Regular correspondence — Easier than maintaining printer supplies
When you might still need a printer
- You need to include physical items (checks, photos, etc.)
- The recipient requires an original ink signature (rare, but some do)
- You're mailing something you can't convert to PDF
For most letters, forms, and documents, a PDF works fine.
Postage is included. You see the total before checkout.
