# Pricing

PostalForm pricing is based on page count, print options, and available mailing add-ons so you can approve the total before checkout.

## Feature list
- Printing on standard US letter paper.

## How pricing works
- Every order starts with a $3.00 base fee.
- Black-and-white pages are $0.20 per page.
- Color pages are $0.40 per page.
- Large page counts can add packet handling and packaged-mail postage costs.
- Express delivery and Certified Mail (First Class only, optional electronic return receipt) fees are shown at checkout.

## Large packet pricing
- PostalForm includes the inserted address page when calculating physical sheet count.
- Double-sided printing usually reduces both sheet count and large-packet cost.
- Oversized letters can require a box, packaged-mail handling, or a different carrier service even when First Class is selected.
- The calculator uses the current fulfillment route and shows the complete price before payment.
