Timeshare rescission workflow is unavailable
PostalForm is not currently generating timeshare rescission notices. Rescission periods can be very short, and the controlling contract and law may specify the recipient, address, required content, purchaser signatures, delivery method, and when notice is effective. A generic workflow cannot safely calculate or promise preservation of that right.

Read the cancellation or rescission section of the signed contract immediately and confirm the current requirements with a qualified local attorney or consumer-protection agency. Do not rely on an older PostalForm page to determine the deadline or destination.
If you have independently prepared and reviewed a final notice and only want printing and mailing, you may mail your completed PDF. PostalForm does not determine whether the notice is timely or legally effective.

Which mailing option and proof should you choose?
PostalForm offers U.S. letter mailing with different delivery and proof options. First-Class suits routine correspondence; Certified Mail adds mailing and delivery records, and Electronic Return Receipt adds a downloadable signature record. Expedited delivery prioritizes speed. Review the destination, estimated dates, total price, and required proof before paying.
