How much notice is required in Missouri?
For a month-to-month tenancy, either party may terminate a month-to-month tenancy with at least one month's written notice taking effect on a periodic rent-due date (RSMo § 441.060). No reason is required. (RSMo § 441.060, RSMo § 535.020)
