PostalForm

PDF editor

Edit a PDF right in your browser

Add text, draw a signature, fix existing lines, stamp images, and rearrange pages. Your document never leaves this browser — download the result or mail it as a real letter.

Add and fix text

Click anywhere to add text in standard PDF fonts, or use Edit text to replace and delete lines that are already in the document — names, dates, addresses, amounts.

Sign and stamp

Draw your signature with a mouse, finger, or stylus and place it on any page. Stamp PNG or JPEG images — logos, checkmarks, scanned initials — and move or resize them freely.

Rearrange pages

Reorder, rotate, delete, or insert blank pages from the page rail. Need to combine several documents first? Merge PDFs and then edit the result.

Frequently asked questions

Does my PDF get uploaded to a server?
No. Parsing, editing, and saving all happen right in your browser. The file only leaves your device if you choose to mail it through PostalForm.
Can I edit text that is already in the PDF?
Yes — the Edit text tool highlights each line so you can delete it or replace it in place. Replacements keep the original position and size, but paragraphs do not re-wrap, so it works best for names, dates, addresses, and amounts. Scanned PDFs without a text layer cannot be text-edited.
Is the signature legally binding?
The tool draws your signature into the document the same way signing a printout does. Many everyday documents accept this; requirements vary by document type and jurisdiction, so check what your recipient needs.
What happens when I click Mail this PDF?
Your edited document moves into the PostalForm mailing flow, where we print it and send it as a real letter — First-Class or Certified Mail with tracking — usually the same business day.
