PostalForm is built to handle sensitive documents responsibly. We keep the workflow simple and protect the data that passes through it.

## Data handling
- Uploads are used only to print and mail the document you request.
- Files are stored securely and deleted on a rolling schedule after fulfillment.
- Access is limited to authorized systems required to produce and mail your letter.

## Payment security
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Card details never touch PostalForm servers.

## Tracking and order visibility
- Order status updates are available after checkout.
- Tracking numbers are provided for Certified Mail (First Class only), with optional electronic return receipt when selected.
